To the animal disease prevention and control agencies of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, and cities separately listed in the national plan, as well as to the General Station for Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Work of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

To effectively prevent and control African swine fever and to guide pig farms in enhancing their biosecurity capabilities, in accordance with the work plan of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, our center has organized the African Swine Fever Reference Laboratory and the Guangzhou Regional African Swine Fever Laboratory to develop the “Technical Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Recombinant Genotype I/II African Swine Fever Viruses in Pig Farms.” These guidelines are hereby distributed to you; please implement them accordingly and provide robust technical guidance.
