Product Introduction | Nucleic Acid Extraction or Purification Reagents – Magnetic Bead-Based Method

This extraction kit employs a purification method based on high-binding-capacity magnetic particles. In the presence of a surfactant, the sample is lysed and digested, releasing nucleic acids into the lysis buffer. Upon addition of magnetic particles and binding buffer, the nucleic acids are adsorbed onto the surface of the magnetic particles, while proteins and other impurities remain unadsorbed and are thereby removed, yielding a high-quality nucleic acid product. This product is compatible with the vast majority of both imported and domestically produced automated extraction instruments on the market.
